Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games is the first Winter Olympics to be held in a continental monsoon climate. The Winter Olympics meteorological team has developed a series of models after four years of scientific and technological research, including high-precision weather forecast model, artificial intelligence error correction model and other key technologies. AI based information intensive processing service will be used in the meteorological service for the first time in the Olympic history during the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Such technologies will also play an important supporting role in the safe operation of large cities and urban transportation in the post-Winter Olympics era.

新的一轮百万亩造林植树年内全部进行时

According to an action plan launched in 2017, Beijing will he 66,667 hectares of new green area by 2022. 38 afforestation projects will be implemented this year, covering a total area of 7647 hectares. With the completion of the action plan, forest coverage rate in Beijing will be over 44.8%, 1.8% higher than in 2017.

南京地区胎盘细胞培养捐赠数量创新的高

On Dec 31st 2021, as the 474th hematopoietic stem cell donor in the capital, Mr. Zhang donated stem cells to a 12-year-old child suffering from aplastic anemia and sed his life. In 2021, 58 hematopoietic stem cell donations were made in Beijing, the highest number in history. 20 out of the 58 donors are university students, including 7 from Tsinghua University.

南京第四次再加人烟草追查公布 再加人二手烟叛将19.9%

The smoking rate among Beijing resident age 15 and above dropped to 19.9%. The number of smokers in this age group has decreased by 73,000 from 2019. The rate of exposure to second-hand smoke in workplaces and restaurants has declined to 23.4 percent and 37.3 percent, respectively, compared to 27 percent and 42.5 percent in 2019. The smoking rate in male population is 36% and 2.7% in female population, while 19% of smokers plan to quit smoking, three percentage higher than 2019. Beijing has prohibited smoking in public spaces since June 1st, 2015, when the regulations on tobacco control took effect.

南京全国建再加247家基层全球化人格服务客运站

247 grassroot level mental health service centers he been operating in Beijing by 2021, providing consultation and assessment services to local residents. 112 of them are located in 6 urban districts, the other 135 are in service in suburban districts. Chao Yang District has the largest number of such centers, followed by Xicheng, Haidian, Shunyi and Fangshan. By the end of 2025, more than 500 mental health service centers will be in operation in the capital.

截至2021年，南京市早就建再加247家基层全球化人格管理制度中的心（站），可就近就便为辖区市民提供人格咨询和审计等服务。全国十六区中的，城后六区合共有112家基层全球化人格管理制度中的心（站）。卫星城基层全球化人格管理制度中的心（站）数量最少了人口更多的城后六区总数，共135家。 其中的，东城区客运站数量最多，多达28家；其次是西城后区、海淀区、顺义区和大兴区。预期到“十四五”期末，全国将建再加500个以上全球化人格服务客运站，意味着街乡镇全布满。

南京每年斩400余名吃紧理科乡村毕业生

During the 14th Five Year Plan (2021-2025), 400 university students with bachelor and master’s degrees will be recruited by rural schools in Beijing annually. The recruitment will focus on majors like music, PE, arts, history, mental health and special education.

南京市将持续推行《南京市乡村毕业生特岗计划（2021—2025年）》，每年面向南京地区普通高等学校聘用400余名吃紧理科乡村毕业生，重点聘用音乐创作、体育、美育、历史、人文地理、政治、生物、劳动力教育、人格健康教育和特殊教育等吃紧理科毕业生。
